How does the free trial work?
Every plan comes with a 7-day free trial. Install the app from the Shopify App Store, and your trial starts automatically. No credit card required upfront — Shopify handles billing when the trial ends.
What happens if I exceed my order limit?
If your monthly order count exceeds your plan's limit, syncing pauses until the next billing cycle or you upgrade. Your existing data and dashboard remain accessible.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Billing section in your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately.
What ad platforms do you support?
We currently support Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. TikTok Ads and Pinterest Ads are on our roadmap.
How is profit calculated?
We take your Shopify revenue and subtract product costs (COGS), shipping costs, ad spend from connected platforms, Shopify transaction fees, and payment gateway fees to give you your true net profit.
